There are going to school and get certified.
They can to private school. There are several in Las Vegas, here in the States.
Or here at Foxwoods in Connecticut, the dealers have their own school. Get paid to learn and be with them full time and learn to treat each game.
Well, in New Jersey, there are schools for learning a blackjack dealer, they have to work in Atlantic City. And if you have a license to a dealer in Atlantic City.
I know some dealers Jack Black and all agree that Jack Black plays a life is boring as hell.
